The Really Hempful! project aims to achieve several objectives that are closely linked to the selected priorities, namely HORIZONTAL Environment and fight against climate change, VET Adapting vocational education and training to labor market needs, and VET Contributing to innovation in vocational education and training. The following objectives and concrete results demonstrate this linkage:

1. Strengthen the knowledge and proficiency of VET students and new farmers about hemp cultivation: The project aims to develop a comprehensive VET curriculum that equips students and new farmers with the skills and knowledge necessary for successful hemp cultivation. This objective aligns with the priority of adapting VET to labor market needs by addressing the growing demand for skilled professionals in the hemp industry.

Concrete result: A tailor-made VET curriculum covering various aspects of hemp cultivation, including environmental benefits, market needs, and innovative practices.

2. Raise awareness of the advantages and opportunities of hemp cultivation: The project seeks to emphasize the potential of hemp in different sectors, such as construction and textiles, and its role in promoting sustainable agriculture and combating climate change. This objective is linked to the HOR Environment priority, as raising awareness and promoting the adoption of sustainable practices contribute to the fight against climate change.

Concrete result: A state-of-the-art report, interactive digital handbook, and podcasts that showcase the benefits and opportunities of hemp cultivation and its applications in various industries. 

3. Support the creation of a specific VET training program through a permanent training platform: The project aims to develop a user-friendly, accessible, and engaging training platform that provides students and new farmers with the knowledge and skills required for success in the hemp industry. This objective aligns with the priority of adapting VET to labor market needs and contributing to innovation in vocational education and training.

Concrete result: A comprehensive online training platform with various learning materials, resources, and assessment tools tailored to the needs of VET students and new farmers.

Promote cooperation between VET schools and other sectors' local professionals: The project seeks to foster collaboration between VET schools and local professionals in various sectors to create a local value chain and support sustainable economic growth. This objective is directly linked to the priority of adapting VET to labor market needs, as it addresses the requirement for skilled professionals who can contribute to the development of the hemp industry.
