The implication of a business owner or a farmer in these instances is very important to be up to date with market trends and regulatory requirements, but also it helps greatly networking with other farmers and companies, enhancing the opportunities to create business links.
At the European level, the EIHA serves as a key interface between the industry and EU institutions, representing over 200 members, including companies and trade bodies. Similarly, the Alliance for Flax, Linen, and Hemp, based in Paris, focuses on the development of the hemp textile value chain.
