The goal of becoming more sustainable has become more urgent as mankind is confronted with the realities of climate change, environmental detriment, loss of biodiversity, soil degradation, plastic pollution and more. In this section, the environmental benefits of hemp cultivation, its role in mitigating climate change and its potential in various industries will be discussed. The obstacles and opportunities that come with hemp farming, processing and consumption while prioritizing ecological integrity and social responsibility will be discussed.
